No.F.20(74)Energy/2024-03021 .-In exercise of powers conferred by Section 164 of

Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act No. 36 of 2003), the State Government for the purpose of

placing electric lines or electric plants for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of

telephone or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper coordination of works or

for the purpose of construction of approx. 9.0 km. 33 kV D/C Transmission line by M/s Rays

Power Experts Pvt. Ltd. from their 33 KV pooling sub-station at Village Panchu south, Tehsil

Panchu, District Bikaner to be connected at RVPN's 132 kV GSS Panchu, Tehsil Nokha,

District-Bikaner, is hereby authorized M/s Rays Power Experts Pvt. Ltd., 4^th Floor, Sheel

Mohar Plaza, Yudhisthir Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur (Raj.), under the Indian Telegraph

Act,1885 (Central Act 13 of 1885), subject to compliance of Supreme Court’s order and

outcome of final decision on the feasibility report by the Committee constituted vide

Supreme Court order dated 19.4.2021 and subsequent orders in the matter of GIB. The said

line will pass through the following revenue villages:-
