No.F.20(4)Energy/2025-03538 .-In exercise of powers conferred by Section 164 of
Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act No. 36 of 2003), the State Government for the purpose of
placing electric lines or electric plants for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of
telephone or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper coordination of works or
for the purpose of construction of approx. 7.0 km. 132 kV S/C overhead Transmission line
on panther conductor by M/s Rays Power Experts Pvt. Ltd. for evacuation of power from
their 132 KV pooling sub-station at Village Loonkaransar, District Bikaner to be connected at
132 KV GSS, RVPN, Loonkaransar, District Bikaner, is hereby authorized M/s Rays Power
Experts Pvt. Ltd., 4th Floor, Sheel Mohar Plaza, Yudhisthir Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur (Raj.),
under the Indian Telegraph Act,1885 (Central Act 13 of 1885), subject to compliance of
Supreme Court’s order and outcome of final decision on the feasibility report by the
Committee constituted vide Supreme Court order dated 19.4.2021 and subsequent orders in
the matter of GIB. The said line will pass through the following revenue villages:-
