G.S.R.60 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 read with section 7 of the
Rajasthan Colonisation Act, 1954 (Act No. 27 of 1954), the State Government hereby makes
the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment and Sale of
Government land in the Indira Gandhi Canal Colony Area) Rules, 1975, namely :-
1.Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan
Colonisation (Allotment and Sale of Government land in the Indira Gandhi Canal Colony
Area) (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2.Amendment of rule 17.- In rule 17 of the Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment and
Sale of Government land in the Indira Gandhi Canal Colony Area) Rules, 1975, the existing
sub-rule (1) (excluding existing Provisos) shall be substituted by the following, namely:-
“(1) ForGovernment land allotted under these rules, the price of the land shall be charged
from the allottee as follows:-
