No.F.20(32)Energy/2024-02244 .-In exercise of powers conferred by Section 164 of

Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act No. 36 of 2003), the State Government for the purpose of

placing electric lines or electric plants for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of

telephone or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper coordination of works or

for the purpose of construction of approx. 4.156 KM (Route-I) 132 kV S/C overhead

Transmission line by M/s Sardarsahahar Agri Energy Pvt. Ltd. for evacuation of power from

their 14.90 MW Biomass based Power Project at Village-Malasar, Tehsil Sardarsahar,

District Churu to 220 kV GSS Halasar of RVPN, is hereby authorized M/s Sardarsahahar

Agri Energy Pvt. Ltd., 32, Shvji Marg, Westend Greens, Rangpuri, Delhi-110037, under the

Indian Telegraph Act,1885 (Central Act 13 of 1885), subject to compliance of Supreme

Court’s order and outcome of final decision on the feasibility report by the Committee

constituted vide Supreme Court order dated 19.4.2021 and subsequent orders in the matter of

GIB. The said line will pass through the following revenue villages:-
