S.O.23 .-In reference to clause (f) of section 4 of the Bharatiya Nyaya

Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act No. 45 of 2023) and relevant provisions of the

Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act No. 46 of 2023), the

State Government, in consultation with the Rajasthan High Court, hereby

notifies the following guidelines for award of community services as a

punishment, with immediate effect:-
