अधधर्नय), 2015 (2016 का अधधर्नय) सं. 2) की धारा 2 के खंड (घ) द्वारा प्रदत् त श्क्तयों का

प्रयोग करते हुए राज य सरकार,-

(i)

स)स् त उपखंड अधधकाररयों को, उनकी अपनी-अपनी अधधकाररता के भीतर, राजस् थान

टंट (वध का प्रर्तषेध और अस् थायी प्ररजनजन या र्नयाित का नवर्नय)न) र्नय), 2025

के र्नय) 3, 4 और 5 के प्रयोजनों के लिए परल)ट और नवशेष परल)ट जारी करने के

लिए सक्ष) प्राधधकारी की श्क् तयों का प्रयोग और क्त् यों का पािन करने के लिए; और

(ii) राजस् थान राज य पशु )ेिा अधधर्नय), 1963 (1963 का अधधर्नय) सं. 14) के अधीन

राज य पशु )ेिा के संबंध ) राज य सरकार द्वारा सस प्रकार र्नयुक् त प्रभारी अधधकारी

को, पशु )ेिा कािावधध के दौरान, राजस् थान टंट (वध का प्रर्तषेध और अस् थायी

प्ररजनजन या र्नयाित का नवर्नय)न) र्नय), 2025 के र्नय) 4 और 5 के प्रयोजनों के

लिए नवशेष परल)ट जारी करने के लिए श्क् तयों का प्रयोग और क्त् यों का पािन करने

के लिए,

NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, October 17, 2025

S.O.43 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of section 2 of the

Rajasthan Camel (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or

Export) Act, 2015 (Act No. 2 of 2016), the State Government hereby authorises,-

(i)

all the Sub Divisional Officers to exercise the powers and perform the

functions of the Competent Authority to issue permit and special permit for

the purposes of rule 3, 4 and 5 of the Rajasthan Camel (Prohibition of

Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Rules, 2025

in their respective jurisdiction; and

(ii)

the Officer-in-charge appointed as such by the State Government in respect

of the state cattle fair under the Rajasthan State Cattle Fairs Act, 1963 (Act

No. 14 of 1963) to exercise the powers and perform the functions of the

Competent Authority to issue special permit for the purposes of rule 4 and

5 of the Rajasthan Camel (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of

Temporary Migration or Export) Rules, 2025 during Cattle fair period.
