जी.एि.आर.94्:-भारत के रंवविान के ननुच्छे 309 के पर्तुक द्वारा प्रेत्त ोम्ततयों का प्रयोग
करते हुए राजस ाान के राज्यपाल, राजस ाान लरववल रेवा (पुनरीक्षित वेतन) र्नयम, 2017 को और रंोोधित
करने के ललए इरके द्वारा, र्नम् नललखखत र्नयम बनाते हैं, नााित् :-
1. िंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन र्नयमों का नाम राजस ाान लरववल रेवा (पुनरीक्षित वेतन)
(त ररा रंोोिन) र्नयम, 2025 है।
(2) न् याा ववर्नदेिष ट रूप रे उम्ललखखत के लरवाय ये 01.09.2024 रे प्रवृत् त होंगे।
2. राजस्थान सिविल िेिा (पुनरीक्षित िेतन) ननयम, 2017 में-
(1) ननुरनच -II के ननुभाग- 'क' में, ो र्ि राजस्थान लोक िेिा आयोग'' के नि न क्रम रंख यांक 1 पर
ववद्यमान प्रववम्षट के स ाान र्नम् नललखखत प्रर्तस ाावपत ककया जायेगा, नााित्:-

'िामान्य' '', के नि न क्रम रंख यांक 2 पर ववद्यमान प्रववम्षट देनांक 04.06.2019 रे हटाय जायेग ।
(3) ननुरनच -II के ननुभाग 'ख' में ो र्ि ''(i) शािन िचििालय, राज्यपाल िचििालय, राजस्थान
उच्ि न्यायालय, राजस्थान लोक िेिा आयोग और लोकायुक्त िचििालय (अनुभाग 'क' एिं 'ग' में विननर्दिष्ट
रूप िे उल्ललखित िे सभन्न) को छोड़कर विसभन्न विभागों में िामान्य पद'' के नि न, क्रम रंख यांक 1 और 1ख
पर ववद्यमान प्रववम्षट के स ाान पर र्नम् नललखखत प्रर्तस ाावपत ककया जायेगा, नााित्:-

G.S.R.94 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the
Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to
amend the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2017, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Civil
Services (Revised Pay) (Third Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from 01.09.2024 except as otherwise specifically
mentioned.
2. In the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2017 -
(1) In Section-'A' of Schedule-II, under heading "RAJASTHAN PUBLIC SERVICE
COMMISSION", the existing entry at S.No.1 shall be substituted by the following, namely: -

(2) In Section-'A' of Schedule-II, under heading "JAIL DEPARTMENT - (ii)
Rajasthan Jail Subordinate Service - 'General’ ", the existing entry at S.No.2 shall be
Deleted w.e.f. 04.06.2019.
(3) In Section-'B' of Schedule-II, under heading "(i) Common posts in various
departments excluding Government Secretariat, Governor's Secretariat, Rajasthan High
Court, Rajasthan Public Service Commission & Lokayukta Sachivalaya (Other than
those specifically mentioned in Section ‘A’&'C').", the existing entry at S.No. 1 & 1B shall
be substituted by the following namely:
