NOTIFICATION

G.S.R.104 ..-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 6 of the
Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Act No. 21 of 2012) read with rule
32 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Rules, 2013, the State Government,
being of the opinion that it is necessary for the socio-economic policies of the Central
Government and the State Government, utilisation of resources and expertise of the
departments and enterprises of the Central Government and the State Government and saving
the time, money and efforts of the procuring entities required in inviting and processing of bids
individually, hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification number
F.1(8)/FD/GF&AR/2011 dated 04 September, 2013, as amended from time to time, namely:-
AMENDMENTS
In table of the said notification,-
(i)
against serial number 4, in column 4 against clause (d) of column 2, for the
existing expression "Rates will be as decided by Industries Department", the
expression "Rajasthan Small Industries Corporation Ltd. will charge service
charge, which will be appropriately determined by the Industries Department and
shall not exceed from 5%" shall be substituted;
(ii)
against serial number 4, in column 4 against clause (f) of column 2, for the
existing expression "The Rajasthan Small Industries Corporation will charge
service charge which shall not be more than 3% or as specified by the
Administrative Department", the expression "Rajasthan Small Industries
Corporation will charge service charge, which will be appropriately determined
by the Industries Department and shall not exceed 5%" shall be substituted; and
(iii)
the existing serial number 50 and entries thereto shall be substituted by the
following, namely:-
