No. F.4(13)Rev-6/2024/33:-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of

section 20-Aread with clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 260 of the Rajasthan Land

Revenue Act, 1956 (Rajasthan Act No. 15 of 1956), and in partial amendment of earlier

notifications issued in this regard, the State Government hereby directs that the duties imposed

and powers conferred on the Revenue Appellate Authority, Jaipurunder the said Act, shall

henceforth be discharged by the Additional Settlement Commissioner Rajasthan, for the Sub-

Division Sanganer, Jaipur-II.

This notification will come into effect immediately and will remain valid till 31.12.2026.

The respective Presiding Officers shall discharge their duties as aforesaid.
