G.S.R.109 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) and (3) of Article 166 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following amendment in

the Rajasthan Rules of Business, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the FIRST SCHEDULE appended to the said rules,-

(i)

under

the

sub-head

A-Industries

Department

(Gr.-I)

of

head

V-Industries Department, after the existing serial number 16 and entries thereto, the

following new serial number and entries thereto shall be added, namely:-

“17. Investment Policy for the State including NRIs/NRRs,

18. Promotion of NRIs/NRRs investment”; and

(ii) the existing head XLVI–Department for Non-Resident Indians and entries thereto

shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

"XLVI-Department of Domestic & Overseas Rajasthani Affairs (DORA)

1. NRR coordination matters.

2. Schemes, projects, programmes for NRRs.

3. NRR related issues.

4. Events related to NRRs.

5. Promotion of Government policies, development initiatives and achievements

to the NRRs/NRIs.

6. Rajasthan Foundation.

7. NRIs related issues & coordination.”
