G.S.R.110 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the

Registration (Rajasthan Amendment) Act, 2021 (Act No. 1 of 2025), the State Government

hereby appoints 02.12.2025 as the date, on which all the provisions of the said Act shall come

into force.
