Jaipur, December 03, 2025

S.O.140 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (ii) of clause (b) of section

3 of the Prohibition of Electronic Cigarettes (Production, Manufacture, Import, Export,

Transport, Sale, Distribution, Storage and Advertisement) Act, 2019 (Central Act No. 42 of

2019), the State Government hereby authorises all Additional District Collectors to exercise

the powers under section 6 of the said Act within their respective territorial Jurisdiction.
