G.S.R.115 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 100 of the Rajasthan Land

Revenue Act, 1956 (Act No. 15 of 1956), the State Government hereby makes the following

rules further to amend the Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for Setting up of

Power Plant based on Renewable Energy Sources) Rules, 2007, namely :-

1. Short title and Commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Land

Revenue (Allotment of Land for Setting up of Power Plant based on Renewable Energy

Sources) (Third Amendment) Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. Amendment of rule 2A.- In rule 2A of the Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of

Land for Setting up of Power Plant based on Renewable Energy Sources) Rules, 2007, after the

existing clause (4), the following new clause (5) shall be inserted, namely:-

"5. (i) Compressed Bio Gas Plant for 1 MTPD capacity 1 acre for plant and 2.5 acre

for feedstock storage and for other capacity, in proportionate to this criteria

(ii) Bio Coal Plant for 100 MTPD capacity 2 acre and for other capacity,

in proportionate to this criteria

(iii) Bio-Ethanol Plant for 100 kilo litre capacity 1.5 acre and for other

capacity, in proportionate to this criteria"
