जी.एस.आर.120 :-भारत के सं1वधान के अनु>छेद 309 के पर&तुक ,वारा 'द@त शिAतय+ का 'योग

करते हुए राजBथान के रा#यपाल, राजBथान प*रवहन अधीनBथ सेवा :नयम, 1963 को और संशो(धत करने के

3लए, इसके ,वारा :नन3लEखत :नयम बनाते हF, अथाGत् :-

1. सं+,-त नाम और ारंभ.- (1)इन :नयम+ का नाम राजBथान प*रवहन अधीनBथ सेवा (संशोधन)

:नयम, 2025 है।

(2)ये राजपJ मK इनके 'काशन कL तार.ख से 'वृ@त ह+गे।

2. अनुसूची-I का संशोधन.- राजBथान प*रवहन अधीनBथ सेवा :नयम, 1963 से संलNन अनुसूची-I मK

Oम संPयांक 2 के सामने Bतंभ संPयांक 3 मK 1व,यमान '1विQटय+ के Bथान पर :नन3लEखत ':तBथा1पत

/कया जायेगा, अथाGत्:-

“क. /कसी मा&यता'ाSत बोडG से सैक!डर. पर.Tा उ@तीणG होनी चाहए;

और

ख. ऑटोमोबाइल अ3भयांVJकL मK WडSलोमा (तीन वषYय पाZयOम);

या

कK [.य सरकार या रा#य सरकार ,वारा मा&यता'ाSत /कसी संBथा ,वारा दया गया यांVJक

अ3भयांVJकL मK WडSलोमा (तीन वषYय पाZयOम);

या

कोई अ&य अहGता जो उपरोAत यथोि]लEखत के समतु]य या से उ>चतर हो;

NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, December 15, 2025

G.S.R.120 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to

amend the Rajasthan Transport Subordinate Service Rules, 1963, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan

Transport Subordinate Service (Amendment) Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.Amendment of Schedule-I.- In Schedule-I appended to the Rajasthan Transport

Subordinate Service Rules, 1963, the existing entries of column number 3 against serial

number 2 shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

"A. Must have passed Secondary examination from any recognised Board;

and

B. Diploma in Automobile Engineering (Three year course);

or

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Three year course);

awarded by any institution recognised by the Central Government or State

Government;

or

any other qualification equivalent or higher than as mentioned above;

and

C. Must hold a driving license authorising to drive motorcycle with gear and light

motor vehicles."
