जी.एस.आर.121 :-भारत के सं3वधान के अनु@छेद 309 के पर'तुक -वारा (दBत शिCतय, का

(योग करते हुए राजDथान के रा$यपाल, राजDथान मूEयांकन सेवा <नयम, 1979 को और संशो)धत

करने के 6लए, इसके -वारा <नन6लHखत <नयम बनाते हI, अथाJत् :-

1. संLMNत नाम और (ारंभ.- (1) इन <नयम, का नाम राजDथान मूEयांकन सेवा (संशोधन)

<नयम, 2025 है।

(2) ये 23.07.2003 से (वृBत हुए समझे जायRगे।

2. <नयम 24 का संशोधन.- राजDथान मूEयांकन सेवा <नयम, 1979 के <नयम 24 के

3व-यमान उप-<नयम (8) के Dथान पर <नन6लHखत (<तDथा3पत 0कया जायेगा, अथाJत् :-

‘‘ (8) अSयM के प मR, आयोग का अSयM या उसके -वारा नाम<नदJTट कोई सदDय,

सदDय के प मR का6मJक 3वभाग का (मुख शासन स)चव/शासन स)चव या उसका

(<त<न)ध जो शासन उप-स)चव कX रIक से नीचे का न हो, सदDय के प मR आयोजना

3वभाग का (मुख शासन स)चव/शासन स)चव/ 3व6शTट शासन स)चव या उसका

(<त<न)ध, जो शासन उप स)चव कX रIक से नीचे का न हो, सदDय-स)चव के प मR

<नदेशक, मूEयांकन, से गठत कोई स6म<त, उन समDत व+रTठतम ZयिCतय, के मामल,

पर 3वचार करेगी, जो इन <नयम, के अधीन संबं)धत पद (पद,) के वगJ पर पदो'न<त के

6लए पा[ और अहJत हI, और इन <नयम, मR अ)धक)थत पदो'न<त के मानक के

अनुसार, व+रTठता-सह-यो\यता के आधार पर या, यथािDथ<त, यो\यता के आधार पर

उपयुCत पाये गये ZयिCतय, के नाम अंत3वJTट करने वाल/, इन <नयम, के अधीन

अवधा+रत +रिCतय, कX सं]या के बराबर, एक सूची तैयार करेगी। व+रTठता-सह-यो\यता

और/या, यथािDथ<त, यो\यता के आधार पर इस (कार तैयार कX गयी सूची उस पद

NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, December 17, 2025

G.S.R.121. .-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to

amend the Rajasthan Evaluation Service Rules, 1979, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan

Evaluation Service (Amendment) Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 23.07.2003.

2. Amendment of rule 24.- The existing sub-rule (8) of rule 24 of the Rajasthan

Evaluation Service Rules, 1979 shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

“(8) A Committee consisting of the Chairman of the Commission or a Member thereof

nominated by him as Chairman, the Principal Secretary/ Secretary to the

Government in the Department of Personnel or his representative not below the

rank of the Deputy Secretary to the Government as Member, Principal Secretary/

Secretary/ Special Secretary to the Government in the Planning Department or his

representative not below the rank of the Deputy Secretary to the Government as

Member and the Director, Evaluation as Member-Secretary, shall consider the cases

of all the senior most persons who are eligible and qualified for promotion to the

class of post (s) concerned under these rules and shall prepare a list containing

names of the persons found suitable on the basis of seniority-cum-merit or on the

basis of merit, as the case may be, as per the criteria for promotion laid down in

these rules equal to the number of vacancies determined under these rules. The list

so prepared on the basis of seniority cum merit and/or on the basis of merit, as the

case may be, shall be arranged in the order of seniority of the category of post (s)

from which selection is made.’’
