No. F. 36(8)Home-9/2015 .-WHEREAS having regard to the circumstances prevailing in

the jurisdiction of District Magistrate, Pratapgarh the State Government is satisfied that it is

necessary to authorise the District Magistrate, Pratapgarh to exercise the powers under sub-

section (1) of section 3 of the Rajasthan Prevention of Anti Social Activities Act, 2006 (Act

No. 1 of 2008).

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the

Rajasthan Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act, 2006 (Act No. 1 of 2008), the State

Government hereby authorises the District Magistrate, Pratapgarh to exercise the powers

conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act for six months.
