S.O.153 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (viii-a) of section 2 of the

Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998 (Act No. 14 of 1999) and in supersession of this department's

notification number F.4(3)FD/Tax/2018-204 dated 20.03.2018, the State Government hereby

specifies the Board established under section 4 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956

(Act No. 15 of 1956)as the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority.
