No. F. 01(02)Nyay/2023 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 'B' of the
Specific Relief Act, 1963 and in continuation of the earlier notification No. F.2(4)Nyay/2018
dated 05.10.2018, the State Government with the consultation of Hon'ble the Chief Justice of
Rajasthan High Court hereby designates the following Civil Courts mentioned in column No. 3
as Special Courts, within the local limits of the area to exercise jurisdiction and to try a suit
under this Act in respect of contracts relating to infrastructure projects as under:-
