No.F.20(66)Energy/2025/04947 .-In exercise of powers conferred by Section 164 of

Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act No. 36 of 2003), the State Government for the purpose of

placing electric lines or electric plants for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of

telephone or telegraphic communication necessary for the proper coordination of works or for

the purpose of construction of approx. 23.83 km. 132 kV S/C Overhead Transmission line on

D/C towers by M/s Aditya Birla Renewables Energy Limited for their 70 MW (69.3 MW

Wind & 58 MW Solar) Hybrid Power Project at Village Bhinyad Mokhab, Tehsil-

Sheo, Barmer to be connected at RVPN's 132kV Undoo GSS, Sheo, Barmer to be connected

at RVPN’s 132kV Undoo GSS, Sheo, Barmer, is hereby authorized M/s Aditya Birla

Renewalbe Energy Limited, Birla Aurora, 11^th floor, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli,

Mumbai-100030, under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 (Central act 13 of 1885), subject to

compliance of Supreme Court’s order and outcome of final decision on the feasibility report

by the Committee constituted vide Supreme Court order dated 19.04.2021 and subsequent

orders in the matter of GIB. The said line will pass through the following revenue villages:-
