Raj Kaj Ref- 04015 – 8320561.-In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 4 of the Rajasthan Land Pooling Scheme Act, 2016 (Act No. 14 of 2018), Bharatpur

Development Authority has resolved vide its decision number (File no-, dated 25.02.2026)to

make a land pooling schemes as per following details, namely:

1. Name of the Scheme- Land Pooling Scheme (LPS) 1

LPS 1 falls within the jurisdiction of the Bharatpur Region. It is situated along NH-21

(Jaipur-Agra) on the northern side. The site covers parts of villages Madoli, Nagla Jhilra,

Rampura, Syorana, Nagla Terihiya, and Nagla Shah in Tehsil Bharatpur, District

Bharatpur.

Scheme Boundaries:

 Northern Boundary: The northern boundary of the LPS site follows the alignment

of the NH- 21 road 60 M wide connecting the Bharatpur to Jaipur.

 Southern Boundary: The Southern Boundary of the LPS site is located near to the

Government engineering college Bharatpur.

 Eastern Boundary: The Eastern partof the LPS site is located near the Gail CNG

Gas station.

 Western Boundary:The Western part of the LPS site is located adjoin boundary of

the village Nagla Terihiya.

Approximate Area in hectares: Area of the LPS 1 – 156.06 ha

2. Name of the Scheme -Land Pooling Scheme (LPS) 2

LPS falls within the jurisdiction of the Bharatpur Region. It is situated along SPZ Scheme

on the northern side, Ajan Dam on the southern side. The site covers part villages of

Rampur and Nagla Shah in tehsil Bharatpur, District Bharatpur.

Scheme Boundaries:

 Northern Boundary: The northern boundary of the LPS site is located near the SPZ Scheme,

BDA.

 Southern Boundary:The Southern Boundary of the LPS site is located near the Ajan

Dam.

 Eastern Boundary: The Eastern part of the LPS site is located next to the village

road of nagla shah.

 Western Boundary: The Western part of the LPS site is located next to the Proposed

LPS 1, Right-of-Way (RoW) 36 M wide proposed Road in the LPS.

Approximate Area in hectares: Area of the LPS 2 – 151.76 ha

3. Name of the Scheme - Land Pooling Scheme (LPS) 3

LPS falls within the jurisdiction of the Bharatpur Region. It is situated along NH-21

(Jaipur, Bharatpur and Agra) on the norther side, Ghana on the western side, Ajan Dam on

the southern side, SPZ Scheme on the North-west side of the LPS 3. The site covers part

villages of Malah, Khdera, Nagla Shah, Shri Nagar, Rampura and Ramnagar in tehsil

Bharatpur, District Bharatpur.

Scheme Boundaries:

 Northern Boundary:The northern boundary of the LPS site follows the alignment of the

NH- 21 road 60 M wide road connecting the Bharatpur to Jaipur.

 Southern Boundary: The Southern Boundary of the LPS site is located near the Ajan

Dam. Right-of-Way (RoW) 36 M wide proposed Road in the Zonal Development

plan.

 Eastern Boundary: The Eastern Boundary of the LPS site is located near Ghana

Bird Sanctury

 Western Boundary: The western Boundary of the LPS site is located next to the SPZ

Scheme, BDA.

Approximate Area in hectares: Area of the LPS 3 – 295.46 ha

4. Name of the Scheme - Poonchhari Ka Lautha LPS 4

LPS falls within the jurisdiction of the Bharatpur Region. It is situated on the foothill of

goverdhanparvatsurrounded by Rajasthan UP Border Gate Konthara Road, Saint Road and

GoverdhanPrikrama Marg. The site covers part villages of PoonchhariSaamai, and Kheda

brahman in tehsil Deeg, District Deeg.

Scheme Boundaries:

 North-East Boundary: The North-East boundary of the site is located along theFoot hill of

GoverdhanParvat

 South-West Boundary: The south-west boundary of the site is located along the

Rajasthan UP Border Gate Konthara Road

 North-West Boundary:TheNorth-West Boundary of the site is located along the

Saint Road

 South-East Boundary: The South-East Boundary of the site is located along the

GoverdhanPrikrama Marg.

Approximate Area in hectares: Poonchhari Ka Lautha – 390.62 ha

Note: -Necessary details of the scheme’s boundaries along with khasra map showing the

schemes boundary and ownership details i.ekhatoni can be seen during working hours BDA,

Planning Department, on any working day in the office of Bharatpur and official website
