NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, June 12, 2026

G.S.R.17 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 6 of the

Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Act No. 21 of 2012) read with rule

33 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Rules, 2013, the State Government,

being of the opinion that purchase preference in procurement from micro, small and medium

enterprises situated in Rajasthan is necessary for the promotion of domestic industry and for

furtherance of the socio-economic policy of the State Government, the State Government

hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification number F. 1(8)/ FD/

GF&AR/2011 dated 19 November, 2015, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification,-

(i)

the existing clause 2 and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

"2. Applicability:

This notification shall apply for procurement of items mentioned in schedule

appended to this notification.''; and

(ii)

the existing clause 4 and entries thereto shall be deleted.
