NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, June 10, 2026

S.O.17 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Rajasthan Finance

Act, 2020 (Act No. 9 of 2020) and in supersession of this department's notification number

F.2(26)FD/Tax/2006/91 dated 25.09.2006, the State Government hereby appoints the

Rajasthan Revenue and Tax Board constituted under section 4 of the Rajasthan Land

Revenue Act, 1956 (Act No. 15 of 1956) as revisional authority for the purpose of section 28

of the said Act.
