NOTIFICATION

S.O.22 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of rule 2 of the Rajasthan

Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2007 and in

supersession of this department's notification number F.14(1)Mines/ Gr.II/2011 dated

26.05.2011, the State Government hereby authorizes the Officers of Directorate of Revenue

Intelligence and Economic Offences not below the rank of Deputy Director and Revenue

Intelligence Officer as Authorized Officer for the purpose of the said rules.
