File No : F.12(10)H-1/2026-29106 :-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3)

of section 218 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act No. 46 of 2023),

the State Government hereby directs that the provisions of sub-section (2) of the said section

shall apply to forest officers and officials of all ranks charged with the maintenance of public

order and serving in the National Chambal Gharial Wildlife Sanctuary in the State for a period

of three years from the date of publication of this notification.
