NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, August 14, 2026

G.S.R.40 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) and clause (c) of sub-

section (1) of section 4 read with section 3 of the Rajasthan Motor Vehicles Taxation Act,

1951 (Act No. 11 of 1951), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in

this department's notification number F.6(179)Pari/Tax/Hqrs/2024/2 dated 10-07-2024,

namely:-

AMENDMENT

In table ofthe said notification, against serial number 7, the existing sub-item(iii) and

(iv) of item (c) of column 2 and entries relating in column 3 thereof shall be substituted by the

following, namely:-

"

(iii) with seating capacity more than 13

and upto 22 seats

Rs. 400/- for 24 hours or part

thereof

(iv) with seating capacity more than 22

seats

Rs. 600/- for 24 hours or part

thereof

"
