NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, August 13, 2026

S.O.43 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9 read with

section 51 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2025 (Act No. 6 of 2025), the State

Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby

makes

the

following

amendments

in

this

department's

notification

number

F.12(161)FD/Tax/2009-54 dated 21.08.2019, with effect from 15.08.2026, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification,

(i) in condition 3, for the existing expression “a certificate in form appended hereto.”, the

expression “a declaration Form in FORM VAT-EXM-01.” shall be substituted; and

(ii) the existing Form shall be deleted.
