NOTIFICATION

G.S.R.41 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9 read with

section 51 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2025 (Act No. 6 of 2025), the State

Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby

makes

the

following

amendments

in

this

department's

notification

number

F.12(102)FD/Tax/10-74 dated 08.09.2010, as amended from time to time, with effect from

15.08.2026, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification,-

(i) the existing condition 2 shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

“2. that the purchasing dealer shall generate a declaration Form in FORM VAT-

EXM-01 and shall furnish a duly signed copy of FORM VAT-EXM-01 so

generated to the selling dealer.”; and

(ii) the existing Form shall be deleted.
