G.S.R.44 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9 read with

section 51 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2025 (Act No. 6 of 2025), the State

Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby

makes

the

following

amendment

in

this

department's

notification

number

F.12(26)FD/Tax/2024-80 dated 10.07.2024, with effect from 15.08.2026, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the existing expression “Form VAT-72”, wherever

occurring, the expression “FORM VAT-EXM-01”shall be substituted.
