F. 26(ka)(3)Home-2/2026 – 29406 :-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause

(b) of sub-section(3) of section 79 of the Information Technology Act,

2000(Central Act No. 21 of 2000), read with clause (d) of sub-rule (1) of rule 3

of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media

Ethics Code)Rules, 2021 and in suppression of this department's notification

number F.12(3)Home-1/2018, dated 27.03.2024 the State Government being the

appropriate Government hereby designates the Rajasthan Cyber Crime Control

Centre (R4C), to be the agency of the Home Department, Government of

Rajasthan to perform the functions under clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section

79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and to notify the instances of

information, data or communication link residing in or connected to a computer

resource controlled by the intermediary being used to commit the unlawful act.
