3- That my daughter's actual and correct name is Lucky Katariya-

4- That now I want to change my Daughter's name as Lucky Katariya in her Aadhar card

5- That Lucky Katariya and Lavli Gurjar is same and one Person-

6- That my daughter's in Aadhar card Lavli Gurjar is to change as Lucky Katariya in
