In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare

Fund (Amendment) Act, 2018 (Tamil Nadu Act 8 of 2018), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints

the 14th March 2018 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
