The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed

that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purposes to wit for a formation of Fourth

Railway Track from Korukkupettai to Ennore Railway Station

and it having already been decided that the entire amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out

of the lands controlled or managed by Southern Railway. The

following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3

of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the lands in Tiruvottiyur and Ernavoor Villages

in Tiruvottiyur Taluk of Tiruvallur District as speciﬁ ed in the

Schedule below and measuring 10803 Sq.M to the same,

a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit,

for formation of Fourth Railway Track from Korukkupettai to

Ennore Railway Stations.

The plan of the lands kept in the ofﬁ ce of the Land

Acquisition Ofﬁ cer and District Revenue Ofﬁ cer, Tiruvallur and

at the Taluk Ofﬁ ce, Tiruvottiyur and may be inspected at any

time during ofﬁ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that

the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired

for industrial purpose to wit for the Doubling of Broad Gauge

Railway line between Viluppuram and Dindigul and it having

already been decided that the entire amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the lands

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act.1997 (Tamil

Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby

acquires the land / lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and

measuring 2.49.5 hectares to the same, a little more or

less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for the Doubling of

Broad Gauge Railway line between Viluppuram and Dindigul.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector’s Ofﬁ ce,

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that

the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired

for industrial purpose, to wit, for the formation of Doubling of

Broad Gauge Railway Line between Villupuram and Dindigul

at the Vadamadurai Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul

District and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid

out of the funds controlled or managed by Rail Vikas Nigam

Limited. The following notice is issued under Sub Section(1) of

Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial

Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), The Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and

measuring 3.59.48 Hec (8.88 Acres) to the same, a little more

or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit, for the formation

of Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Villupuram

and Dindigul at the Vadamadurai Village, Vedasandur Taluk,

Dindigul District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the

Sub Collector, Palani and may be inspected at any time

during ofﬁ ce hours.

NOTICE

Under sub – section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil

Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby

acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below and

TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY

measuring 1.69.28 hectares/acres to the same, a little more or

less needed for Industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation

of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam to

Nagari.

The plan of the lands are kept in the ofﬁ ce of the Tasildar,

Arcot Taluk and may be inspected at any time during ofﬁ ce

The Government of Tamil Nadu, having been satisﬁ ed that

the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to acquired for

industrial purpose ,to wit, for the establishment of Doubling of

Broad Gauge Railway Line between Villupuram and Dindigul

at 02.Thamaraipadi Village, and it having already been decided

that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Southern

Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1)

of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for industrial

purposes Act 1997(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Acquisition

of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997(Tamil Nadu Act 10

of 1999),The Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires

the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring

an extent of 0.07.50 (Hect) wet land and 5.77.97(Hect) Dry

land and also needed for Industrial purpose, to wit, for the

establishment of Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line

between Villupuram and Dindigul at 02.Thamaraipadi Village.

The plan of the land is kept in the ofﬁ ce of the Revenue

Divisional Ofﬁ cer, Dindigul and may be inspected at any time

during ofﬁ ce hours.
