The Governor of Tamil Nadu after consultation with the Speaker, Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly hereby orders the

following appointment:-

Thiru K. Srinivasan, Special Secretary, Legislative Assembly Secretariat is promoted and appointed to Act as Secretary,

Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Secretariat and Secretary, Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, subject to the outcome of

W.P. Nos. 3856/2018 and 4394/2018 pending before the Madras High Court, vice Thiru K. Boopathy, Secretary permitted to

retire from service on 28-2-2018 AN on superannuation.
