ACQUISITION OF LANDS

CˆF¬ó 3, M÷‹H, F¼õœÀõ˜ Ý‡´-2049.]

No. II(2)/TRA/356(c)/2018.

The Government of Tamil Nadu, having been satisﬁ ed

that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to

acquired for industrial purpose to wit, for the establishment of

Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Villupuram

and Dindigul at 06.Balakrishnapuram Village, and it having

already been decided that the amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds

controlled or managed by Southern Railway. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for industrial purposes Act

1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999),The Government of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the

schedule below and measuring an extent of 0.43.53 (Hect.)

wet land and 1.07.41(Hect.) Dry land and also needed for

Industrial purpose to wit, for the establishment of Doubling

of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Villupuram and

Dindigul at 06.Balakrishnapuram Village.

The plan of the land is kept in the ofﬁ ce of the

Revenue Divisional Ofﬁ cer, Dindigul and may be inspected

at any time during ofﬁ ce hours.
