The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed

that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of

New Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam-Nagari

and it having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid

out of the lands controlled or managed by Government. The

following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3

of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below

and measuring 2.04.5 hectares to the same, a little more or

less needed for Industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation

of New Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam-Nagari.

The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the

Tahsildar, WalajahTaluk and may be inspected at anytime

during offi ce hours.

Vellore District, Walajah Taluk, Katrampakkam Village.

Double way Broad – Guage Railway line by changing the

existing single way Broad-Guage Railway line from Omalur

– Mettur Dam and it having already been decided that

the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the

lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed

by Southern Railway The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition

of land for Industrial Purposed Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act

10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Government of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the lands in 60.Omalur Village, Omalur Taluk

of Salem District as specifi ed in the Schedule below and

measuring 1.10.42.0 hectare (or) 1.1042.0 Sq.M to the same,

a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit,

for formation of Double way Broad – Guage Railway line

by changing the existing single way Broad-Guage Railway

line from Omalur – Mettur Dam.

The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the

Land Acquisition Offi cer and District Revenue Offi cer, Salem

and the Special Tahsildar, Omalur – Mettur Dam Double

Line Broad Guage Railway Track, Room No.414, 4th Floor,

Collectorate Campus, Salem and may be inspected at any

time during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed

that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of

new broad gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam to

Nagari and it having already been decided that the entire

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed

by Government. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition

of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act

10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under Sub–Section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below

and measuring 4.51.87 hectares/acres to the same, a little

more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for

the formation of New broad gauge Railway Line between

Tindivanam to Nagari.

The plans of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the

Tahsildar, Arcot. and may be inspected at any time during

offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed

that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new

broad gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam to Nagari

and it having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid

out of the lands controlled or managed by Government. The

following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3

of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes

Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under Sub – Section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and

measuring 5.32.91 hectares/acres to the same, a little more or

less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of

New broad gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam to Nagari.

The plans of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Tahsildar,

Arcot. and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
