Variation to the Sanctioned Coimbatore Town Planning Scheme No.2 of Coimbatore Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the Powers conferred under sub section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971.

(Act No.35 of 1972), the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceedings ROC. No.2489/2018/DP2,

dated 05-04-2018. proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Conversion of Commercial (pt) and

Residential (pt) use into Public and Semipublic use in T.S.No.1846/1, Ward, J(10), Block No.31, (Old.S.No.1846/2Apt),

Extent: 1906 sqm of Sowripalayam Village, Coimbatore Corporation/District to the sanctioned Coimbatore Local Planning

Area, Town Planning Scheme No.2, Coimbatore Local Planning Area sanctioned/approved G.O.Ms.2706, PH dated: 30-

11-1933 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette M.T.P Act 1920, Part-IA -Page No.149, dated: 10-04-1934.

2. Any Person aﬀ ected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of Publication

of this notﬁ cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member

Secretary, Coimbatore Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during oﬃ ce hours at the above said Local

Planning Authority Oﬃ ce.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country

Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing

and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government

Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the Master

Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban

Development Department Notiﬁ cation No. II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu

Government Gazette, dated the 9th November 1994.

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING

AREA (OTHERTHAN COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the Sub heading (b) Non Notiﬁ ed Detailed

Development Plan Area in Kattampatti Village.

(i) Against the entry "INDUSTRIAL" for the expression "389" the following entry "389" (Except 389/2B1, 389/3B2)

shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry "PUBLIC AND SEMI PUBLIC" for the expression "389/2B1, 389/3B2 shall be added.

In exercise of the powers delegated to the Local Planning authority for Reclassiﬁ cation streamlining procedure under

Town and Country Planning Act 1971 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section-2, page 228,

dated 15th July 2009 Member Secretary, Cuddalore Local Planning Authority hereby makes the following variation under

sub section (4) of Section 32 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Master Plan

of Cuddalore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published with the Housing and Urban Development

Department Notiﬁ cation No.II(2)/HOU/490/2006 at page 326 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

dated 20th September 2006.

(ii)

Under the heading Cuddalore Thiruvendipuram Village 1(b) MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE.

(i) Under sub heading Thiruvendipuram Village S.Nos. 130/9,13, 131/3,4,5,6B,7, 132/2,3,4,5,6,
