Notifications Under the Indian tolls Act, 1851

amendment to notification

No. II(2)/HWMP/448(c)/2018.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with clause (c)

of sub-section (2) of Section 2 of the Indian Tolls Act, 1851 (Central Act VIII of 1851), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Highways and Minor Ports

(HV2) Department Notification No. II(2)/HWMP/440(e-1)/2018, published at Page 1 in Part II—Section

2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 4th May 2018.

Amendment

In the said notification, after paragraph 1, the following paragraph shall be added, namely:—

“2. This notification shall come into force with effect on and from the 23rd May 2018”.
