In exercise of the powers Conferred under sub-section (1) of section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971.

(Act No.35 of 1972), the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceedings Roc.No:907/2017/DP2,

dated: 18.04.2018 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for conversion of Residential use into Public

purpose use Ward-D, Block-23, T.S.No.5, in Extent 9108sq.ft., Namakkal Municipality, Namakkal Taluk and District to

the Approved Detailed Development Plan No:4B, Namakkal Local Planning Area approved by the Director of Town and

Country Planning Proceedings Roc.No.17862/2004/DP1, Dated:20.03.2007 and the fact of this approval in Form No:12,

published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.-Part VI—Section-1, Page No: Dated: Publication No.

Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY days from the date of publication

of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member

Secretary/Municipal Commissioner, Namakkal Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions and relating thereto.

The variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local

Planning Authority Office.

Wherever the expression "MAP No. 4, DDP(CNR)/ DTCP No.182/94, occurs the expression DDP(V)/DTCP

No:12/2018 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

In schedule-IV, (Form No.5) the against Road CC" in column 2, S.F.No.30/1, 30/2, 30/3A, 30/4, 32/1B,

32/1F, 32/1G shall be deleted.

In schedule-IV, (Form No.5) the against Road CC" in column 4 the figure "1130m" shall be deleted and

the figure 840m shall be substituted at that same place.

No Plaint or appeal or other proceedings will be received during the said period, unless it is accompanied by an

application showing the urgency for an order to receive.

In any case of great urgency, applications may be made by delivering to the Vacation Officers with a request to

transmit necessary papers to the Hon'ble Vacation Judge concerned and the Vacation Officers shall, if they consider

the case as one of the sufficient urgency, case, arrange for the transmission of necessary papers and the case will

be heard according to the directions of the Hon'ble Vacation Judge concerned either at the Court or at the Hon'ble

Judge's residence on the next day at 10.30 a.m. unless it is a holiday for the High Court, or such other convenient

time, which will be communicated to the practitioners.

No application should be presented at the residence of the Hon'ble Vacation Judges, under any circumstances and

no lunch motion should be entertained during the Summer Vacation and that in Bail Petitions, lower court bail order

should be enclosed along with the petitions and that this is subject to the permission, if granted, by the concerned

Hon'ble Judge, it should be routed through the Vacation Officer.

The Hon'ble Vacation Judges will sit in the Vacation Court from 10.30 a.m. to 4.45 p.m.

The application for the issuance of certified or carbon copies of the orders and the Process fees for the issue

of Notice etc., should be presented to the Vaction Officer concerned and after obtaining the orders of the Vacation

Officer, may be filed in the Office.

Notice of any application of urgent matters will have to be given along with the papers to Vacation Officers before

1.30 p.m. on the following filing dates for both Principal Seat at Madras and Madurai Bench of Madras High Court,

In exercise of the powers delegated to the Local Planning authority for Reclassification streamlining procedure under

Town and Country Planning Act 1971 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27 part II—Section-2 page 228

dated 15th July 2009 Member Secretary, Cuddalore Local Planning Authority hereby makes the following variation under

sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the master plan of

Cuddalore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published with the Housing and Urban Development

Department Notification No.II(2) Housing / 490/2006 at page 326 of Part II—Section-2 of the Tamil Nadu Government

Gazette, dated 20th September 2006.

Variations

In the said Master Plan in Annexure 3(1) Proposed Land use zoning.

(1) Under the heading Cuddalore Town “V. PUBLIC AND SEMI- PUBLIC USE ZONE”

(i)

Under the Sub heading ward -6, T.S No. 83/2B2,83/2C1 and 83/2C2 shall be substituted.

(II) Under the heading Cuddalore Town “II COMMERCIAL USE ZONE”.

(i)

Under sub heading ward -6, T.S. No. 83/2B2,83/2C1 and 83/2C2 and shall be inserted.

Plan Area in Kannampalayam Village.

Against the entry “Industrial” for the expression “256 the expression 256” (Except 256/7A) Shall be Subtited.

(ii)

Against the entry for the expression “Agriculture Use” the comprising S.F. Nos. 227 to 233 shall be changed

as 227 to 233 (except 233/1 and 233/2)

Against the entry for the expression next to “Agriculture Use” to “Mixed Residential use” – 233/1 and 233/2

shall be added.
