1. Consequent to the Hon'ble High Court's Notification No.69/2018 in Roc. No.9/2018-Con. B2 dated 04-05-2018 and
Official Memorandum in Roc. No.9/2018-Con. B2 dated 04-05-2018 the following sitting arrangement is made for
attending urgent Civil matters during Summer Vacation, 2018 for the period from 05-05-2018 to 03-06-2018 (Both
days inclusive).
2. Tmt. C. Karthika, M.A., B.L., XIV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be the Civil Vacation Judge from
05-05-2018 to 15-05-2018.
3. Thiru. S. Ganapathysamy, B.A., B.L., the then XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, now transferred and posted
as the X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, will be the Civil Vacation Judge from 16-05-2018 to 03-06-2018.

No.67/2018—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973, (Central
Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Pudukottai District, 8 Deputy
Tahsildars in Karur District, one Tahsildar and 6 Deputy Tahsildars in Perambalur District, 2 Tahsildars in Ariyalur District,
one Tahsildar Trainee in Vellore (HQDT, Nemili Taluk), to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120/180 days, as
the case may be, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary power conferrable under
this code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial
Second Class Magistrate.
