Krishnagiri, ex-offi cio to be the Forest Settlement

Offi cer under the Act.

No.II(2)/EF/506/2018.—In exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882

(Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby declares that it is proposed to constitute the lands

within the boundaries specifi ed in the schedule below as

reserved forest and appoints the Special Tahsildar (Forest

Settlement), Krishnagiri, ex-offi cio to be the Forest Settlement

Offi cer to exercise the powers under clause (c) of the said

Section in respect of that area.

BOUNDARIES

North.-The boundary starting from the tri-junction point of

Survey Field Number 660 and 651 of No.104 Thorapalli

Agraharam Village and Sanamavu Reserved Forest boundary

(Notifi ed in No.70 and published in the Fort St. George

Gazette dated 10-02-1903 Part-I) the boundary runs towards

east along the southern boundary of Sanamavu Reserved

Forest and meets the tri-junction point of Survey Field

Number 660 and 661 of No.104 Thorapalli Agraharam Village

and Sanamavu Reserved Forest boundary.

East.-Thence, the boundary runs towards south along the

western boundary of Survey Field Number 661 and 667

and meets the bi-junction of Survey Field Number 660 and

667 of No.104 Thorappalli Agraharam Village.

South and West.-Thence, the boundary runs towards

west along the northern boundary of Part of Survey Field.

Numbers 667 and 668 and the boundary runs towards north

along the eastern boundary of Survey Field Numbers 668,

631, 659, 654, 653, 652 and 651 of all of 104 Thorappalli

Agraharam Village and reaches the starting point.

Appointment of the District Forest Offi cer Hosur Forest

Division, Krishnagiri District, ex-offi cio to attend the

enquiry under the Act.

No.II(2)/EF/507/2018.—In exercise of the Powers

conferred by the last paragraph of Section 4 of the

Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the District

Forest Offi cer, Hosur Forest Division, Krishnagiri District,

ex-offi cio to attend on behalf of the Government at the

enquiry prescribed under Chapter II of the said Act, in

respect of the land of Thorappalii Agraharam Additional II

forest block proposed to be constituted as a reserve forest.

Appointment of Personal Assistant (General) to the

Collector of Krishnagiri District, ex-offi cio to hear

appeals under the Act.

conferred by Section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act,

1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the Personal Assistant (General)

to the Collector of Krishnagiri District, ex-offi cio to hear

appeals if any from the orders passed under Section

11, 12 and 13 of the said Act, in respect of the land of

Thorappalli Agraharam Additional II forest block proposed

to be constituted as a reserve forest.

¬õè£C 9, M÷‹H, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2049.]

No.II(2)/HWMP/509/2018.—The Governor of

Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in

the Schedule below are acquired for Highways purpose to

wit for Minor Junction improvement in State Highways Road

(SH-37) Ottanchatram - Dharapuram - Tiruppur Road from

KM 37/400 to KM 126/200 in Ponnivadi, Nanjiyampalayam,

Varapalyam, Madathupalayam, Nelali and South

Avinasipalayam Villages, Dharapuram, Kangeyam and

Tiruppur South Taluks, Tiruppur District and it having

already been decided that the entire amount of Compensation

to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds

controlled and managed by Divisional Engineer (Highways)

Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Tiruppur and after having

considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons

having interest on such lands as the case may be, do

hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of

Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act, 34 of 2002).

Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Salem and

Special Tahsildar (L.A), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II,

Tiruppur and may be inspected at any time during offi ce

hours.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the dry and S.manai

lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring to

an extent of 23175 Square Metres for the purpose of four

laning and strengthening of State Highways Road, (SH-37)

Ottanchatram – Dharapuram - Tiruppur Road in Suriyanallur

Village, Dharapuram Taluk in Tiruppur District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in

the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land

Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Salem

and Special Tahsildar (L.A), Tamil Nadu Road Sector

Project-II, Tiruppur and may be inspected at any time

during offi ce hours.

having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule

below are acquired for Highways purpose to wit for four

laning and strengthening of Oddanchatram - Dharapuram -

Tiruppur Road (SH-37) Km 37/400 to Km 126/200 in Ponnivadi

and other Villages, Dharapuram Municipality, Dharapuram,

Kangeyam and Tiruppur South Taluks, Tiruppur District and

it having already been decided that the entire amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out

of the funds controlled and managed by Divisional Engineer

(Highways) Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Tiruppur and

after having considered the cause shown by the owner or

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act, 34 of 2002)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the dry and R.manai lands

specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring to an extent

of 24344 Square Metres for the purpose of four laning and

strengthening of Oddanchatram - Dharapuram - Tiruppur Road

(SH-37) Km37/400 to Km 126/200 in Ponnivadi and other

Villages, Dharapuram Municipality, Dharapuram, Kangeyam

and Tiruppur South Taluks, Tiruppur District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in

the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land

Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Salem and

Special Tahsildar (L.A), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II,

Tiruppur and may be inspected at any time during offi ce

hours.
