for No Objection Certiﬁ cate for the construction of a multiplex containing 6 screens with Food Court, Restaurants, Shops

and Commercial units in the building complex at T.S. Nos. 1/1, 1/4, 1/5 Block No. 33 and T.S. No. 8/1 Block No.35

in Old S.Nos. 140pt, 142pt, 144, 145, 148pt, 146pt, 147pt of Koyambedu Village, Aminjikarai Taluk, Chennai District.

Notice is hereby given that any person having any objection to the grant of "No Objection Certiﬁ cate" for the above

said site on the grounds of non-compliance by the applicant with any of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Cinemas

(Regulation) Act, 1955 (Tamil Nadu Act IX of 1955) or with any of the Rules there under should ﬁ le his objection in

writing with the licensing Authority (Commissioner of Police) within 21 days of publication of this Notice.

1. Any objection ﬁ led after the period shall be liable to be summarily rejected.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country

Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94,

Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu

Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, page No. 228, dated 15.07.2009 the following variations are made to

the Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing

and Urban Development Department Notiﬁ cation No.II(2)/ Housing/4377 /94 at page 1078 of Part II–Section 2 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 9^th November 1994.

“In the variations the publication of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette (TNGG No.22, Part-VI–Section–1, Page No.189,

Date: 30.05.2018) in the Third Line Kallipalayam Village Name is Replace and substituted in to Read in the Name of

Kalikkanaickenpalayam Village”.

“In the Variations the publication of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette in the Fifth Line S.F.No. "835 to 849" is

Replace and substituted in to Read S.F.No. ”838 to 849".
