The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed

that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new

Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari

and it having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid

out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector,

Viluppuram the following notice is issued under sub-section

(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act,1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the land / lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule

below and measuring 4.80.5 hectares and 00261 Sq.Mts to

the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose,

to wit for the formation of new Broad Gauge Railway line

between Tindivanam and Nagari.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector’s Ofﬁ ce,

Viluppuram and in the ofﬁ ce of the Sub Collector, Tindivanam,

Viluppuram District and may be inspected at any time during

ofﬁ ce hours.

Viluppuram District, Tindivanam Taluk, 53, Vadampoondi Village.

Extent of land under acquisition : 4.80.5 hectares Dry Land and 00261 Sq.Mts.

The Government of Tamil Nadu, having been satisﬁ ed

that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purpose, to wit, for the establishment

of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Dindigul to Karur at

Dindigul Town Ward 6, block 34, 08.Adiyanuthu Village, and it

having already been decided that the amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds

controlled or managed by Southern railway. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for industrial purposes Act,1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of Tamilnadu Acquisition

of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamilnadu Act 10

of 1999),The Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the

lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring an extent

of 0.92.82 Hec Dry land needed for Industrial purpose, to wit,

for the establishment of Broad Gauge Railway Line between

Dindigul to Karur at 08.Adiyanuthu Village.

The plan of the land is kept in the ofﬁ ce of the Revenue

Divisional ofﬁ ce , Dindigul and may be inspected at any time

during ofﬁ ce hours.
