TO EXTENSION OF THE PERIOD OF THE COMMISSION OF INQUIRY BY SIX MONTHS FROM

25th JUNE 2018 UNDER THE COMMISSION OF INQUIRY ACT.

AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952

(Central Act LX of 1952), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Public

(S.C.) Department Notifi cation No.ll(2)/PUSC/793(g)/2017, published at page-1 of Part ll - Section 2 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 25th September 2017.

AMENDMENT

In the said Notifi cation, in paragraph 3, for the expression “nine months”, the expression “thirteen months”

shall be substituted.
