In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency

in Tenders (Second Amendment) Act, 2018 (Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 2018), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 26th day of June 2018 as the date on which the said Act shall

come into force.
