Amendments to Notifi cation

No. SRO C-14/2018.—The following amendments to the High Court's Notifi cation Published as No. SRO C-4/2018,

at Page Nos 12-15 of Part III-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette (Issue No.7), dated 14th February 2018.

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖගඛ.

In the said Notifi cation, in page No.12, under the Heading "RULE" in paragraph 1, after the words, "the State

Government employees" the following words shall be substituted as "and orders contained in G.O.(D).No.130,

Home (Courts-V) Department, dated 02-02-2018," instead of "(including the employees of the High Court, Service)".

In the said Notifi cation, in page No.12, under the Heading "RULE" in paragraph 3, after the words G.O.Ms. No.307,

Finance [Pay Cell] Department, dated 13-10-2017," the following words shall be substituted as "G.O.Ms.No.311,

Finance [Pay Cell] Department, dated 23-10-2017 and G.O.(D).No.130, Home (Courts-V) Department,

dated 02-02-2018" instead of “and G.O.Ms.No.311, Finance [Pay Cell] Department, dated 23-10-2017”.

In the said Notifi cation, in page No.13, against SI. Nos 21 to 26, under column 3, the entries viz., “37400-67000+8800”

shall be substituted as ”37400-67000+9500" and under column 4, the entries viz., “123400- 216300” shall be substituted

as “125200 - 219800”.

In the said Notifi cation, in page No.13, against SI. No. 31 under column 2, the words within the bracket

“(in the cadre of DR)” are deleted.

In the said Notifi cation, in page No. 13, against SI. No. 33 under column 2, the words within the bracket

“(in the cadre of AR)” are deleted.

In the said Notifi cation, in page No. 14, against SI. No. 42 under column 2, the words within the bracket

“(in the cadre of SAR)” are deleted.
