DESIGNATION OF THE OFFICERS FOR THE PURPOSES OF TAMIL NADU GOODS AND
SERVICES TAX ACT 2017 (TAMIL NADU ACT 19 OF 2017).

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017
(Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017) and in supersession of the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notifi cation
No.II(2)/CTR/562(b)/2017, published in Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the
14th July, 2017, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the following classes of offi cers appointed under the
Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006 (Tamil Nadu Act 32 of 2006) as specifi ed in column (2) of the Table below, to be the
respective offi cers for the purposes of the said Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017),
as specifi ed in column (3) of the Table below:-
