ACQUISITION OF LANDS

No.II(2)/TRA/591(f-1)/2018.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed

that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to

be acquired for industrial purposes to wit for formation of

New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam and

Nagari and it having already been decided that the entire

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are

to be paid our to the lands controlled or managed by

Government. The following notice is issued under sub–section

(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub–section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the

Schedule below and measuring 0.36.96 hectares to the

same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes,

to wit, for the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line

between Tindivanam and Nagari.

The plan of the lands are kept in the ofﬁ ce of the

Thasildar, Arcot Taluk and may be inspected at any time

during ofﬁ ce hours.

Vellore District, Arcot Taluk, Soraiyur Village.

NOTICE

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Government of

below and measuring 12.09.50 Hec. (29.87 Acres) to the

same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose,

to wit, for Expansion of Tiruchirappalli Airport.

The plan of the lands is kept in the ofﬁ ce of the

District Collector, Tiruchirappalli and may be inspected at

any time during ofﬁ ce hours.
