Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service - Orders- Issued.]

The following Government Order is Published:-

READ:

From the Registrar General, High Court, Madras,

D.O. Letter No. 8/2018-Con.B2, dated 05-06-2018.

Order: G.O. (D) No. 199, Public (Special-A), 20th June 2018.

The Government have considered the recommendation

of the High Court, Madras to depute Thiru G.Sendil Kumar,

District Judge of Puducherry Judicial Service, now functioning

as Presiding Ofﬁ cer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court,

Puducherry to the Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service for

being posted as I Additional District Judge, Cuddalore in the

existing vacancy.

2. The Government accepted the above recommendation

of the High Court, Madras and accordingly direct that Thiru

G.Sendil Kumar, District Judge of Puducherry Judicial Service,

now functioning as Presiding Ofﬁ cer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-

Labour Court, Puducherry on deputation to the Tamil Nadu

State Judicial Service be posted as I Additional District Judge,

Cuddalore in the existing vacancy.
