Under clause (e) of Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Admission in Professional Educational Institutions

Act, 2006 (Tamil Nadu Act 3 of 2007), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi es the under graduate

courses in the Indian System of Medicine namely, Ayurveda (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and

Surgery [B.A.M.S]), Yoga and Naturopathy (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences [B.N.Y.S]),

Unani (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery [B.U.M.S]), Siddha (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine

and Surgery [B.S.M.S]) and Homeopathy (Bachelor of Homoeopathy Medicine and Surgery [B.H.M.S])

as professional educational courses.
