No. SRO B-53/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India,

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment ot the Tamil Development and Information Department

Notifi cation No. SRO B-30/2018 published at page 44 of Part III-Section 1(b) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated

the 4th April 2018:-

In the said Notifi cation, in the Preamble, after paragraph 1, the following paragraph shall be added, namely:-

"2. The amendments hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 1st September 2017".
